Google+ Platform Preview: Be the First to Use the Latest +1 Upgrades
Upgrades and optimisations are typical amongst Google’s products. With this search engine extraordinaire’s influence to internet users being so vast, it is a must for webmasters and SEO professionals alike to keep up and be the first to know about these innovations.
Just recently, Google announced a new program that will enable you to live test the latest updates for the +1 button. By enrolling in the Google+ Platform Preview you will be able to experience those changes even before they are launched to the general public.
First on the list is the “Hover and Confirmation bubbles”.
Visit any page which has integrated the +1 button on it. If you will hover your mouse over the said button, a bubble will appear letting you know what will happen when you click it.

After you have clicked, a confirmation will be displayed reminding you that you have publicly +1ed that page.
